NY-23. Do You Believe in (late) Miracles?
Rispetto alla notte delle elezioni, nel 23° distretto di New York il vantaggio del democratico Bill Owens sul conservatore Doug Hoffman si è ridotto da 5.335 a 3.026 voti (è stato corretto il calcolo delle contee di Oswego e Jefferson, le due più popolose del distretto). E mancano da contare ancora più di 10.000 absentee ballots...
